Will be present at the vehicle when service begins.
Have legal access to the vehicle.
Have accurately described the problem and the vehicle's location - to the best of their ability.

24/7 Roadside Rescue provides roadside assistance and lockout services only. We do not make keys. We are not an auto repair shop. We do not offer towing, accident recovery, vehicle transport, or heavy-duty services. If your situation requires towing or specialty recovery, we’ll let you know — honestly and promptly.

You may be asked for proof.We are not responsible for pre‑existing vehicle damage or mechanical failure, or issues unrelated to the service performed. Services are performed at the customer’s request and risk. We cannot provide you or your passengers transportation.Response times may vary based on location, weather, road conditions, and available staff. In case of any sort of delay due to these, we will keep you informed.Payment is due at the time of dispatch. All major credit cards are accepted.Policies and pricing may be updated at any time.
