Customer Responsibility
By requesting service, the customer confirms they:
Are the vehicle owner or have authorization from the owner.
Will be present at the vehicle when service begins.
Have legal access to the vehicle.
Have accurately described the problem and the vehicle's location - to the best of their ability.
Have read, and agreed to, the terms and conditions as listed on this page.
Wait Time
If service cannot begin within 10 minutes after arrival due to customer-related delays, a waiting fee of $1 per minute may apply.

24/7 Roadside Rescue provides roadside assistance and lockout services only. We do not make keys. We are not an auto repair shop. We do not offer towing, accident recovery, vehicle transport, or heavy-duty services. If your situation requires towing or specialty recovery, we’ll let you know — honestly and promptly.

24/7 Roadside Rescue LLC provides roadside assistance services only. You must be the registered owner of the vehicle for which assistance is requested, or have permission of the registered owner. You may be asked for proof.We are not responsible for pre‑existing vehicle damage or mechanical failure, or issues unrelated to the service performed. Services are performed at the customer’s request and risk. We cannot provide you or your passengers transportation.Response times may vary based on location, weather, road conditions, and available staff. In case of any sort of delay due to these, we will keep you informed.Payment is due at the time of service. All service calls, regardless of outcome, will include the $50 base service call fee.Policies and pricing may be updated at any time. The most current version is always the one on this website.We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if a situation is unsafe, illegal, or beyond the scope of our services as stated on this page.
